The Auris Hybrid uses the same petrol-electric system as the Prius. That means a 1.8-litre petrol engine paired with an electric motor. Toyota's claims that it can use as little as 3.9L/100km around the city, during mostly urban test shows a return of just 5.6L/100km on the trip computer.

Automatic High Beams is a safety system designed to help drivers see more of whats ahead at night time without dazzling other drivers.
