Officially, the Yaris Hybrid claims to use 3.3 litres per 100km on the combined cycle as little as 2.8L/100km in urban environments. CO2 emissions are rated at 76g/km. The fuel tank holds 36 litres, and can run happily on cheaper 91 unleaded.

The Toyota Safety Sense package has earned high praise from drivers and industry experts alike, and its not difficult to see why. The state-of-the-art safety features can track movement in your surroundings, and can even intervene to prevent collisions.
Pre-Collision System uses a camera and laser beam to detect the vehicle ahead. When the system determines there is a possibility of collision, it prompts the driver to take evasive action and brake by using an audio and visual alert. Lane Departure Alert uses a camera to detect visible white and yellow lane markings in front of the vehicle and the vehicles position on the road. Automatic High Beams is a safety system designed to help drivers see more of whats ahead at night time without dazzling other drivers.

Its a car that will get you from A to B cheaply and reliably, looking for a small, efficient hatch, then its probably offers all you really want and need.
